First time, Awesome experience. Great bedside manner. He walks you through procedure making you comfortable.

Was sent from my doctor because my tooth is fractured and I’m in so much pain. Didn’t get the $200 X-rays that I already had done. Appt at 11:30 came at 11. If I got X-rays they were all ready to take me back but when told them I didn’t need them already had it done elsewhere. I then had to sit until 11:45 in pain in the waiting room says a lot for me. If I wasn’t sent here by the initial doctor I would not come here and haven’t even seen the doctor yet. At almost 12pm. 🕛 Now after 12 still waiting. Will not come again.

I was referred as my dentist thought the tooth under the crown was cracked. When i got to Greenspring, they took an x-ray of the problem area. The doctor came in and said, what he could see looked good. The tooth where I'm having pain has a crown. He said the x-ray can't see through the crown. He then suggested it was a phantom pain. This was a complete waste of time and money.

If a root canal experience could be wonderful, Dr. Reff and his staff made it so. From the receptionist to the assistant ts to Dr. Reff himself, my husband was in totally professional hands and left the office feeling so much better.

Dr Andrew is the best dentist/specialist that I’ve ever encountered. He listened to my concerns and made me feel validated. Dr Andrew always made sure to provide education on what will take place before the procedure, during the procedure he continued to check in to ensure I’m okay as well as told me the next steps for the procedure so I wouldn’t be surprised. Dr Andrew was aware of my trauma that I had with another provider and went above and beyond to ease my anxiety. I 100% recommended him over anyone else. Also, his staff is extremely professional and have a welcoming demeanor.
