Dr Andrew is the best dentist/specialist that I’ve ever encountered. He listened to my concerns and made me feel validated. Dr Andrew always made sure to provide education on what will take place before the procedure, during the procedure he continued to check in to ensure I’m okay as well as told me the next steps for the procedure so I wouldn’t be surprised. Dr Andrew was aware of my trauma that I had with another provider and went above and beyond to ease my anxiety. I 100% recommended him over anyone else. I had an unexpected need for an urgent endodontic visit and was referred to Dr. Raff When I called the office, they were extremely friendly and very accommodating , Listening to my concerns and needs, Jennifer scheduled me in the very next morning I arrived early and did not have to wait. The staff was very friendly and the environment was clean and welcoming with a calm atmosphere. . Dr. Reff did not rush through the visit. He was genuinely Attentive and listened to my concerns . After a thorough examination,Dr. Raff explained everything to me in detail, showing me My dental x-rays, to understand The reason for the discomfort . I appreciated his conservative approach. I got a root canal on my front teeth today and I actually didn't understand what a root canal was from other doctors, Dr.Reff walk me through every step even when he was going to drill he let me know what he was going to do every step of the way. When I thought the procedure was getting ready to be performed I was wrong cuz it was over already,,,that quick and painless. This is not my first root canal and f I ever need another root canal or anyone that I know needs any work done I will definitely recommend this gentleman and his pleasant staff which was so beautiful and nice. This is what other dentist need to model their self after. Best experience ever, only thing I didn't like was he doesn't do all the type of dental work cuz if he did he would definitely be my primary dental Dr. All praises to Green spring dental. I have been going to Dr Reff since 2018 and he has saved me multiple times from unbearable dental pain. He’s extremely professional and thorough. He takes great pride in his work and his attention to detail is exquisite. He even calls in the evening after your appt to follow up with you and I have never had a doctor do that before. He takes his time to explain the procedure and talks to u throughout the procedure and explains every step. He is worth every penny!
